Traditional Estate Gardens in Montecito

Oak Grove was a newly constructed home where the gardens had been untended for years. Our challenge was to sink the new house into the landscape. The Aldrich team brought in many large specimen trees to accomplish this. The house originally had a circular driveway in the front. In order to get the cars out of sight the the drive was re-designed to the northern side of the property. A new pool and spa were added along with other family friendly elements for this active family of four (they even have a stable for two miniature horses).
Camino del Rosario is a magnificent estate with unbelievable mountain vistas. Traditional in its original garden design, the planting was enhanced with more Lavender, Rosemary and Agapanthus. Both these properties are in Montecito.
