The client wanted better use of the pool. The Aldrich Company designed and built the Pergola with a fireplace, seating hearth, full kitchen and dining area to take advantage of the city and ocean views.  Also the brick was changed out on the stairs and around the pool to flagstone creating a much warmer feel.
